Audit Services is the internal audit function for Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). We are an independent objective assurance and advisory activity designed to add value and improve MTSU management systems. Our role is to contribute to the improvement of MTSU’s operations by providing objective assurance regarding risk management, control, and governance processes.

We strive to adhere to internal auditing standards established by the Institute of Internal Auditors (I.I.A.) to ensure effectiveness, value and quality of the internal audit function.
